What is the difference between Gold, Silver and Bronze?
There is no difference in the level of service. The difference is simply geographical. Bronze covers the whole of East Anglia for those who only drive locally. Silver and Gold includes full Nationwide cover.

If I lose my keys or lock my keys in the car how will you help?
We treat this incident as a breakdown and will effect entry if possible or recover vehicle for replacement keys to be programmed

What happens if I have a breakdown at home?
We do not believe in scales of cover you get TOTAL breakdown support.

If repairs are needed to my vehicle will I have to pay for them at the garage?
No but a invoice will be sent to you in the future to be settle in 30 days.

Is my trailer covered if I breakdown?
Yes caravans and trailers are covered

I would like breakdown cover for more then one vehicle?

What happens if I have a accident?
Call our control centre on 0800 652647 at the scene and we will advise you exactly what to do.

Does my cover include European assistance?
No but European cover can be arranged ask our help desk

How can I be sure of the standard of garages?
Recovery operators selected to join our network are approved and checked by The Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators, Road Rescue Recovery Association, and the London Association of Recovery Operators. They have to meet a set standard set up by the industry

Will I get a courtesy car every time I breakdown?
Courtesy cars are only supplied by some of our agents while your car is being repaired at their garages each incident is treated differently and on availability. However most of our agents can arrange hire vehicles at a reasonable charge.

What happens if I breakdown away from home?
Call our control room and we will ask the questions that will deal with your problem in the best and most efficient way possible to get you back on the road or recover you what ever is needed

Will I get accommodation paid for if my vehicle cannot be fixed till the next day?
No but the hotel charges can be paid on your CATS account at a small handling fee.

What happens if I breakdown off road?
If a normal tow or recovery is used you will be covered. If specialized 4x4 vehicles are used a charge will be made and advised at the time of incident.

If I need vehicle recovered out of a ditch or from a serious accident and specialized equipment is needed who pays?

Call our help desk and we will advise any charges and means of payment

Please advise any insurance details at time of incident. Depending on your insurance cover the costs of the recovery may be settled by the company.
