Terms and conditions

Our recovery service is run as a private Motoring club. As a private motoring club we reserve the right to terminate membership of anyone abusing the common purpose and conditions of the club. It is a condition that a vehicle is maintained to an acceptable level and that repairs are carried out after breakdowns, repeated vehicles breaking down, for the same fault (for example flat batteries), and no attempt has been made to rectify the fault may be charged.

The breakdown cover applies to the registration of a vehicle and not to an individual unless prior arrangement has been made with the management.

Service will be provided within the specified period of cover for which we have accepted a subscription and commence from midnight on the day of receipt of a valid application. If excessive use of the service has occurred through failure to seek permanent repair we reserve the right to cancel the membership.

Vehicles covered must be registered and owned by the member, and hold a current MOT certificate.

We respect and comply with all of the relevant laws pertaining to the UK and further respect your rights, in particular, the fact that you do have a 'cooling off' period of seven days in which you may change your mind. We fully respect this.
